Insurance co-pays, deductibles hiked mid-year (Berkshire Eagle)

PITTSFIELD – City officials and employees are livid with anger following the Group Insurance Commission s ( GIC) unprecedented mid-fiscal year increases in fees, which come less than a year after Pittsfield joined the state-sponsored health insurance program to save taxpayers and workers millions of dollars.
